Exciting New Developments

Autumn 2012

Blackwood Park has entered an exciting phase with its new display village opening and a new land release marking a shift to the next ‘node’ of the development.

The first allotments in Node 2 of Blackwood Park have been released, while seven new display homes are already open for public viewing (see separate story on page 2).

The Shelter Precinct on Shelter Row is a limited release with just nine allotments made available to purchasers. Yet even within this limited release, the Shelter Precinct offers a wide range of opportunities, with allotment sizes ranging from around 380 square metres right up to a very large 1159 square metres.

Adelaide Development Company General Manager, Ian Marker, says it’s an exciting time as Blackwood Park makes the transition south to an entirely new area of the development.

“Potential purchasers will be very keen to see how things are evolving at Blackwood Park,” Mr Marker says.

“Node 2 of Blackwood Park has quite a different outlook to previous land releases with larger and more spacious allotments.  I believe the diversity of allotments and the opportunities they present will surprise some people.”

“What does remain constant is the semi-rural feel with an abundance of open space, yet close to schools, shopping and universities and only 20 minutes from the CBD.”
