New sales centre opens its doors

Spring 2013

Blackwood Park’s new Sales and Information Centre has opened its doors, showcasing clever design around trees and broadband connectivity.

Located at 11 Dawbiney Avenue within the new display village, the centre has been specially designed to function as a sales centre, before ultimately becoming a wonderful family home.

Adelaide Development Company CEO, Ian Marker, says the design is an outstanding example of understanding the nature of the surrounding landscape and terrain, while integrating the latest design trends and technology.

“We intentionally selected this site for the new sales centre so that we could showcase what opportunities can be achieved with imagination and innovation,” Mr Marker says.

“The end result is truly stunning, with a split-level design cleverly utilising the slope and orientation, while interacting with two significant trees on the site.”

The new Sales and Information Centre will be open every Saturday and Sunday between 2pm and 5pm. Robert Coulls from Connekt Urban Projects will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about land releases, builders and house and land packages.
