NEW LAND RELEASE – RIDING PRECINCT

Autumn 2015

Blackwood Park has announced the release of a substantial offering of more than 30 allotments in its new Riding Precinct from next Saturday, 21 March.

Sitting on the brow of a hill, many of the allotments provide opportunities to create a home offering sweeping views over the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park and out to the Gulf St Vincent.

Adelaide Development Company CEO, Ian Marker, says the new release is the most central in Node 2 and all allotments are within a short walk of the estate’s brand new Central Park playground.

“The Riding Precinct offers something for all buyers. Most of the allotments offer relatively level to gently sloping sites, with wonderful panoramic views across the Sturt Gorge and out towards the coast,” Mr Marker says.

“Because of their higher elevation, I would imagine a popular feature will be large alfresco areas or balconies for sitting outside on a summer’s evening to watch the sunset. “A feature of the Riding Precinct is its close proximity to the new Central Park playground, which itself offers stunning views and plenty of things for the kids to climb, jump and swing.

“We’re anticipating this will be one of our more popular precincts because of the excellent aspect of many allotments and diverse options.”

Land sizes in the Riding Precinct range from 381 square metres to 825 square metres.
