ROOM TO MOVE IN NEW MASLIN PRECINCT RELEASE

Spring 2015

Large traditional allotments and stunning views are the hallmarks of the latest precinct at Blackwood Park, to be release for sale on Saturday 17 October.

The Maslin Precinct features 24 allotments on the western extremity of the estate, with a number offering uninterrupted views over the tree-lined Sturt Gorge Recreation Park. Adelaide Development Company CEO, Ian Marker, says the precinct features well above average-sized allotments in what is a quiet and peaceful corner of Blackwood Park.

“These are substantial traditional allotments in the true sense of the word, and in a wonderful location,” Mr Marker says. “The Maslin Precinct connects directly with a network of walking and cycling trails in the adjacent Recreation Park, including the peaceful Lakeview trail, a popular watering hole for wildlife. The views are just stunning, and I would imagine the sunsets to the west and through the trees will be the icing on the cake.”

Land in the Maslin Precinct ranges from 565 square metres up to 1,025 square metres, with an average size of more than 740 square metres. A third are greater than 800 square metres.

“This really is one of those land releases where designing your dream home is to a large extent only limited by your imagination.” Robert Coulls from Connekt Urban Projects says previous allotments sold along the edge of the estate looking over the Recreation Park had been very popular with buyers.

“The Maslin Precinct is one of the premium stage releases because of the large allotments and great location,” Mr Coulls says.
