LATEST LAND RELEASE LOOKS THE GOODES

Autumn 2016

Blackwood Park have released the first 12 allotments in its new Gartrell Precinct, each with stunning views and just a stone’s throw from reserves and walking trails.

These allotments, released just a couple of months after the previous Verco Precinct, have been brought forward for sale to meet existing demand.

Located along Goode Avenue, each offers the potential for a stunning outlook over the hills and open space to the south, with some views stretching to Gulf St Vincent and down to Sellicks Hill and beyond.

Adelaide Development Company CEO, Ian Marker, says this land is at the south-western end of the current development and will be one of the last land releases in Node 2 of Blackwood Park before construction moves to the third and final ‘node’.

“We’ve seen strong interest in recent land releases, and we anticipate that interest will continue with these large allotments in a great location,” Mr Marker says.

“The average land size for this release is in excess of 800 square metres, so there is considerable scope for buyers to talk to their preferred builder about a design to suit their needs.

“Walking trails into the reserves and down into the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park start at the end of the street, while it is also only a short walk to the picturesque lake to the west of the estate.”

Robert Coulls from Connekt Urban Projects says the Gartrell Precinct was shaping up to be one of the most popular in the estate.

“The size of these allotments and the great location points to significant interest in this precinct, plus the fact they will be among the last allotments available before we move across to the next phase of the development,” Mr Coulls says.
