Spring 2016Blackwood Park will offer six allotments in the Gartrell Precinct by Expression of Interest (EOI), recognising the premium quality of the land on offer and the anticipated strong buyer interest.
Allotments 670 – 675 are located in the south-western corner of the estate on Gartrell Boulevard. All offer incredible views over Sturt Gorge Recreation Park and the nearby lake.
Expressions of Interest in the Gartrell Precinct opened on 21 September and will close on Wednesday 12 October.
Robert Coulls from Connekt Urban Projects says this is only the third time an EOI process has been used for land in Blackwood Park. “We’ve been very aware
that buyers have been patiently waiting for these allotments to become available due to their premium location,” Mr Coulls says.
“We conducted a similar process for premium allotments in Waterhouse Court and Bonython Way in Node 1. A quick drive around these streets demonstrates the quality of design and build that can be achieved in a prime location.
