Take a leap into 8th Meridian

Summer 2020

Blackwood Park will release 12 stunning new allotments at the end of February, with the latest Meridian release brought forward due to strong buyer demand and low stock levels.

This land release will take place on the Leap Day Saturday, February 29.

Located on Holly Hock Court, the allotments sit directly adjacent Blackwood Park’s new X-Terrain Park and Oak Tree Adventure Playground, with access to the nearby lake and extensive walking and mountain bike trails leading down to the Sturt Gorge.

All allotments are of a generous size, ranging from 676 square metres up to 1,571 square metres.

Adelaide Development Company General Manager, Lael Mayer, says recent strong sales reflected the quality of the land on offer and the fact the Blackwood Park development was reaching an end with civil construction works on the final stages now underway.

“This latest land release, in keeping with the rest of Meridian, offers great views, large allotments, and is directly adjacent recreational facilities and walking trails,” Lael says.

“You can walk out of your front door and straight onto our fitness circuit and trail network, which in turn will lead you to Sturt Gorge or up into the picturesque walking paths and reserves around Coromandel Valley.

“The size of the allotments in this release provide significant scope to create your dream home with room to move and a wonderful outlook over a tree-lined gully.

“The adjacent Oak Tree Adventure Playground offers plenty of scope for climbing, running, digging and swinging, while the X-Terrain Park offers a fitness circuit with exercise stations so you can create your own workout.”
