Current Land Release
Autumn 2012
With Blackwood Park Node 1 almost sold out and the shift to Node 2 under way, here is an update of current land availability within the development (correct at the time of printing):
Craigburn Precinct:
Just three allotments remain – one on Craigburn Rd and two in Hayman Retreat.
Park Allotments:
Four allotments are available. These can also be purchased as house and land packages, and all border Bonython Reserve.
Watts Precinct:
Three allotments are available in Creswell Ave. This stage release is in the established area of Blackwood Park, close to Coromandel Pde.
The Shelter Precinct:
Seven allotments remain available for purchase in Shelter Row.
