The Circuit offers rare land opportunity

Autumn 2021

A rare land release in the established part of Blackwood Park is being released to the market on Saturday May 22.

To be known as The Circuit, the residential allotments are being offered on land between Grand Boulevard, Watts Terrace and Creswell Avenue.

The initial release will include 13 allotments ranging in size from 375 sqm to 1,005 sqm.

A feature of The Circuit will be six allotments requiring a two-storey terrace-style home with frontage to Watts Terrace and rear garage access from William Scott Circuit.

Adelaide Development Company’s Project Manager, Tom Simpson, says it’s anticipated there will be strong interest in these allotments.

“These allotments are ideally located with an elevated position on a near-level site offering stunning views over Blackwood Park, Sturt Gorge and to the coast,” Mr Simpson says.

“They offer the best of both worlds. You’re close to the shops, cafes and other services of Blackwood, while being just a stone’s throw from Blackwood Park’s extensive network of parks, playgrounds, and walking and riding trails.

“All of our other available allotments within Blackwood Park, including our more recent Meridian release, are now completely sold.

“This land within The Circuit, as well as the proposed development of the former Minda nursery site, will be the very final allotments available in the estate.”

For more information and to secure your preferred allotment, please contact Robert Coulls from Connekt Urban Projects on 0407 205 522. Robert will be on site at the Blackwood Park Sales & Information Centre, corner Blackwood Park Boulevard and William Rufus Place, on Saturdays from 2pm to 5pm.
