One of the final opportunities to make Blackwood Park your home

Spring 2020

Blackwood Park’s latest land release – one of the very final stage releases in the estate – has been brought forward to today, Saturday November 21 due to strong buyer interest.

The 10th Meridian features 10 allotments along Arnold Crescent, with land sizes ranging from 433 square metres up to 596 square metres.

The courtyard-style sites sit on gently sloping land with north-south orientation, creating diverse options to create the perfect home.

Adelaide Development Company CEO, Chris Darby, says the latest release is ideally located close to the extensive Craigburn and Sturt Gorge trails network and only a short walk to the spectacular Treetop Park, which has become a favourite playground and picnic spot for locals.

“We expect these allotments to be very popular. Our previous land release has all but sold out in less than two months. We had planned to launch this 10th Meridian stage in early autumn 2021, but the extraordinary demand means we have moved the release forward to November,” Mr Darby says.

“There are three parks within a couple of hundred metres of the street, plus you’re on the doorstep of the fabulous Sturt Gorge Recreation Park with its vast trails network perfect for walking and mountain biking.”

Mr Darby says this will be one of the very last opportunities to buy in Blackwood Park.

“While we can’t unfortunately welcome you to visit when the land is released on November 21 due to COVID restrictions, we hope you can still picture your dream home in Blackwood Park. Make sure you act quickly to secure your favourite spot.”
