Blackwood Park returns to its roots for FINAL NURSERY RELEASE

Spring 2022

One of Adelaide’s most successful and sought-after residential developments is nearing the end, with the final allotments in Blackwood Park to be released over the coming months.

The first 10 of 33 allotments have been released within Blackwood Park’s Nursery stage, in what will be the final land available within the estate. These initial allotments are being sold through an Expressions of Interest process, which will run until Thursday 10th of November.

This stage release is located on the former site of one of Craigburn Farm’s original cottages and more recently the location of Minda Inc’s plant nursery, which has since moved to Brighton.

Blackwood Park Development Manager, Tom Simpson, says The Nursery represents an appropriate reflection of the wider estate.

“The Nursery sits on gently sloping land adjacent a tree-lined gully with a stunning outlook over the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park,” Mr Simpson says.

“It offers a wide range of allotment sizes, from 401 square metres right up to an incredible 2,928 square metre site. There really is an allotment to suit all building sizes and styles.

“A total of 11 allotments are opposite the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park with views across picturesque outstanding bushland and offering instant access to the park’s extensive walking and mountain bike trail network. The entire stage is only a 5-minute walk to Craigburn Lake.”

Mr Simpson says it has been a year since The Circuit release adjacent to Coromandel Parade and two years since the completion of The Meridien precinct, so there is significant pent-up demand for Blackwood Park’s last ever land release.

“We’re getting closer to the final land releases in the estate, and I think that’s why we’re seeing a notable uptick in buyer interest,” he says.

“I encourage anyone who has dreams of building in Blackwood Park to go to our website and register on our database so they don’t miss out on the most up-to-date information on existing and upcoming land releases.”
