Fisher Precinct

Autumn 2013

Blackwood Park has announced the release of the final allotments in the Fisher Precinct.

Due to strong sales in the Estate, more than half the land in the Fisher Precinct was released ahead of the completion of civil construction works.

Adelaide Development Company CEO Ian Marker says the new allotments are expected to be some of the most highly sought after in the estate.

“The outlook from this part of the development is stunning. These allotments are on a north-facing parcel of land looking out towards Blackwood Park’s reserves and walking trails,” Mr Marker says.

“There are several significant trees in this area, so you’ll be greeted with tree top views from the moment you move in.”

“In addition, each lot is generously proportioned with sizes in the Fisher Precinct ranging from 540 square metres to 1,476 square metres and expansive frontages of between 16 and 38 metres.”

“The gentle to moderate slope provides a multitude of possibilities to be creative with your design and capture the views as well as the winter sun.”

Mr Marker says that due to this land being released ahead of civil works completion, settlements will occur in July, giving purchasers a head start when talking to their builder to plan their dream home.
