Hackett Precinct Now Complete

Autumn 2014

With completion of construction works imminent, Blackwood Park will release the last of its Hackett Precinct allotments this Saturday, April 5, including several located directly adjacent parks and reserves.

A total of 16 new allotments will be available for purchase, many offering stunning views across tree-lined gullies and looking out towards the adjoining Sturt Gorge Recreation Park.

Adelaide Development Company CEO, Ian Marker, says this release includes three unique allotments that back directly onto a reserve, offering some of the best outlooks in the Blackwood Park estate.

“These are some of the last allotments in Blackwood Park’s ‘Node 2’ that have completely uninterrupted access to our creek and walking trails leading down into the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park,” Mr Marker says.

“Similar allotments in the neighbouring Fisher Precinct sold out very quickly, and we expect the same will happen here.”

“Most of the remaining allotments are on the ‘high side’ of the street, so offer plenty of scope to take advantage of the amazing views on offer.”

“At the other end of the precinct, a handful of allotments will have unrivalled elevated views and will be close to our new park and playground. We’re finalising the design aspects of this park, but the facilities and play equipment will reflect the quality of the Estate.”

The 16 new allotments are all a substantial size with plenty of room to build a traditional home and still have room for a good-sized front and back yard. They range in size from 510m2 to more than 1000m2.
