Fergusson Precinct Kicks Off Spring Fling

Spring 2014

Blackwood Park will this weekend release for sale its latest land offering, with 17 new allotments in the recently completed Fergusson Precinct.

These allotments abut the western edge of Blackwood Park, which means they are in close proximity to scenic walking/cycling trails and the adjacent Sturt Gorge Recreation Park.

With strong sales in 2014, these new allotments are expected to be highly sought after.

Adelaide Development Company CEO, Ian Marker, says this release provides a mix of land options to suit a range of home and lifestyles.

“With an average size over 740sqm, the Fergusson Precinct offers predominantly large traditional lots together with several courtyard lots that provide scope to make the most of the stunning views over the tree-lined gullies leading down to the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park,” Mr Marker says.

“The allotments are also close to the nearby Central Park adventure playground, which is shaping up to be one of the most creative recreational facilities in the region.”

Mr Marker says the Fergusson Precinct initially included 26 allotments, but a third have been pre-sold to builders for new display homes in the Blackwood Park display village.

“There’s no doubt the property market has improved in recent months, which is reflected in the small number of allotments available for sale prior to this latest land release,” Mr Marker says.

“Spring is always a fantastic time to check out Blackwood Park with perfect weather and the surrounding reserves so lush and green and the wildflowers in full bloom.”
