5th Meridian worth the view

Spring 2018

Blackwood Park’s stunning 5th Meridian was released to the market on Saturday October 20.

Featuring large allotments, established trees and endless views, it’s anticipated several of the signature allotments will be sold in the first few days of the release.

And in a sign that the development is nearing its conclusion, the latest land release takes in the most southerly point of the estate within a stone’s throw of the Sturt River.

Adelaide Development Company CEO, Ian Marker, says the 30 allotments in the 5th Meridian offer something for all buyers, with several allotments providing uninterrupted views across the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park.

“The 5th Meridian includes some of the biggest allotments ever released in Blackwood Park,” Mr Marker says.

“We’re expecting a high degree of creativity and vision from buyers and builders seeking to frame and enhance the extraordinary views on offer,” Mr Marker says.

“More than one third of the allotments feature absolute frontage onto the Sturt Gorge Recreation Park with expansive views to the south and east.”

Mr Marker says there are opportunities for all home buyers – from giant 2,100 square metre sites down to 500-600 square metres.

“We’re now into the second half of the Meridian, so we’re well and truly into the countdown for the final land release ever in Blackwood Park,” he says.
