7th Meridian is prime time viewing
Spring 2019Blackwood Park’s latest Meridian land release will offer some of the most spectacular views and direct access to walking trails in the whole estate.
A total of 11 premium allotments will be available along Blackwood Park Boulevard and William Rufus Place from Saturday October 19, offering significant scope for creative home designs to encapsulate the stunning outlook over the Sturt River and beyond.
Land sizes range from 781 square metres up to 2,112 square metres.
Adelaide Development Company General Manager, Lael Mayer, says the large allotments will give new home buyers the opportunity to stretch their imagination when creating their dream home.
“This land release truly offers all of the best bits that make Blackwood Park so special,” Mr Mayer says.
“The uninterrupted views out to the south east looking over Sturt Gorge and Coromandel Valley and as far as Cherry Gardens offer one of the best outlooks of the estate.
“Directly across the road from several of these allotments is the centrepiece of the Meridian development, Treetop Park, which has proved immensely popular with families. The playground features a skywalk amongst the treetops and giant slide.
“For each allotment we’ve already installed rear fencing with gated pedestrian access from your backyard straight onto the Craigburn Farm walking and cycling trails. Head left and you’re less than a five- minute walk from the River Trail entry to the beautiful Sturt Gorge. Head right and you hook up with the extensive walking and mountain bike trail network.”
